• This progressive project has been accepted into a National Neighborhood Design Pilot Program to create sustainable neighborhoods through the LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Certification Program
• Careful preservation of the mature trees on the site
• Supporting public transportation and efforts to significantly reduce carbon imprint
